Originally from Northern California, Tom completed an apprenticeship under Watson at The Quillian Tattoo in Allentown, PA.
In addition to tattooing, he also paints, draws, and writes/records/releases his own music under the name MUTE VELiN.

All of our trained artists use single use disposable needle, tubes, and inks. We are primarily a custom studio with an award winning staff that is dedicated to the art of tattooing.
